Themis The Motor Yacht Of Trinity Sold

Themis, the motor yacht of length 47.5 meters has now been listed for sale.


It has been listed by Fletcher Daves and Frank Grzeszczak at IYC. It was earlier sold by Bob Cury of RJC Yacht.

The yacht was built in aluminum and wood, the yacht was constructed by the US yard Trinity Yachts, with its in-house design team and was delivered to its owner in the year 1999. It has been maintained to ABS class. The high-volume interior of Themis features African and mahogany pear wood joinery. In the Themis, the dining and saloon areas are comfortable and a wonderful option for dining areas and relaxation area. The yacht offers the accommodation to 10 guests in its five cabins. UK Increased Funding For Sailing

Rio Olympic has just finished and medal takers countries have started their preparation for the next Olympic Games session.


The countries are investing more on sports to make it outperforming incoming event. In the series United Kingdom has announced that it will increase the fund for Olympic and Paralympic 2020. Amount of £345m will be spent on sports persons who are going to take part in Olympic Games and Paralympic Games; the amount will be spent on 31 players.

According to reports the out of £345m fund given for preparation of Olympic and Paralympic Games, £26,231,379 will for sailing Olympic events. For Rio 2016 Olympic Sailing team of UK received the fund of £25,504,055 for preparation. So, there is increased in the fund for 2020 Olympic preparation. Out of all the games in which fund amount will be distributed, only athletics and rowing will get more than Sailing. Read More

Rickham And Birrell Carry British Medal Hopes

Alexander Rickham and Niki Birrell are all set to compete in the two-person SKUD Paralympic at the Rio Paralympics. The team won the bronze medal at the 2012 London Games and wants to upgrade it at the Rio Paralympics. They are clear favorites to end up with a podium finish as they have won all the four World titles held between Beijing 2008 and London 2012.

This will be the third straight Paralympics that Rickham and Birell will be taking part in. They are in pretty good form at the moment and have 5 World titles to show off in their trophy cabinet. Rossi Takes Over

Tom Rossi has been named as Hall Spars and Rigging and Hall Composites’ president as well as CEO of the company which has come into effect from the end of June 2016. Rossi would handle all Hall operations in the regions like New Zealand, Holland and US.

He succeeds Eric Hall, who remains as the chairman as he is the founder of the company. Known for the building of riggings and spas that are high performance, the company has been in operations since 1980.

The company is known to be associated with different yachts that they have designed and repaired over the ages.
