The July 2015 and July 2016 America’s Cup World Series events will be held at Portsmouth, which is also a naval base of British Royal Navy. Italian shipbuilding company Benetti added another feather to their cap by launching a new fast displacement range of semicustom mega yachts at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show this year. The unique feature of this luxury motor yacht named Veloce 140 is its new displacement to planing hull that helps it to attain high speed and still maintain its stability when moving at lower velocity.
This luxury motor yacht has been designed by Stefano Righini and the interior design has been done by Redman Whiteley Dixon. This offers a luxurious accommodation to a total of 12 guests in 6 cabins. There are 8 professional crew members in 4 crew cabins. Its unique feature is its capacity of attaining very high speed of 21knots and is driven by twin 3500hpMTU engines.
It has a spacious sun deck that gives the guests abundant space of 829 square feet and also has a hot tub along with a long bar. The upper deck has a wonderful combination of inner and outer space. The front portion has a main deck with a beautiful gym and the inner portion has a salon and a dining table for 12 people. The cabin of the owner, two double bed cabins and two additional cabins are present in the below deck accommodations. The decorative is in a silver lacquer finish and all the stainless steel features have a satin finish. This motor yacht with all its luxury and advanced features is the unique of its kind. The man while confessing his guilt said that he had taken benefits from the Hennepin County that he was not eligible for and at the same time he even collected welfare benefits in Florida and did not pay the federal taxes.
His crime of living like a rich man and deceiving poor people has been termed as offensive by Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman. He has been sentenced to 21 months of imprisonment for deceiving people and taking public assistance wrongfully. However the amount of $167,000, that the couple has been accused of accepting is debated to be lower by his public defenders is expected to be lower and will be discussed about in the hearing scheduled for January.
